Kusadasi To Karahayit

Today we headed about 200km inland. It was a much better riding day with sunshine for a fair bit of it and rain only in the late afternoon when the bikes were well and truly parked up. Starting to feel more confident about the riding on the right hand side of the road thing, but you definitely must always be on your toes! After lunch we checked in to the hotel then went to explore Pumukkale/Heirapolis another Roman cite near the hotel which ended with some magnificent travertines. The day ended with a soak in the thermal pools at the hotel. Sheer bliss!
